Information Collected CharterBlast may collect personal information including name, email address, telephone number, company affiliation, aviation credentials, account login information, and communications submitted through the Platform. ##### 2. Device and Technical Information CharterBlast may collect technical data including IP address, device identifiers, operating system information, browser type, and application performance metrics. ##### 3. Location Information The mobile application may request access to precise or approximate device location information for purposes including identifying nearby charter opportunities, improving marketplace matching, and facilitating aviation logistics. Location services may be disabled by users through device settings. ##### 4. Use of Information Collected information may be used for purposes including operation of the Platform, user account management, marketplace functionality, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. ##### 5. Disclosure of Information CharterBlast does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to aircraft operators, aviation service providers, payment processors, service providers, and governmental authorities when required by law. ##### 6. Data Security CharterBlast implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. ##### 7. Account Deletion Request If you would like to delete your CharterBlast account, please follow the steps below: 1.⁠ ⁠Send an email to [fly@charterblast.com](mailto:fly@charterblast.com) from your registered email address. 2.⁠ ⁠Mention "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days.
